There's a stack of garbage going around about why so many people have a problem with weight loss, so let me, in my own way, try to set the record straight.
Most people who are overweight/fat/"just-a-little-out-of-shape" know this: they know what they need to do to change their shape, but they simply can't get themselves to do it!
Even a blind, illiterate recluse from the remote reaches of Tibet will tell you that to lose weight you need to ditch foods that make you fat, and embrace a regular schedule of exercise (and what kind of exercise is another kettle of fish, which we will come to later).
And yet, if you, like most people, don't quite have the (beautiful) body shape that you would love to have, you find yourself doing everything except eating well and exercising!
Listen up: If you are overweight/obese, just a little out of shape, or have more than a little extra on your belly or thighs, and you just can't seem to get yourself going or keep on going, you can bet that there's something deep down inside you that's holding you back, that something is actually a powerful part of Yourself.
And you need to Fix that Something that's holding you, literally enslaved, in a Body that you don't want!
